Straight answers about how we work, what we install and what to expect from a Calgary home theatre or smart-home project.
What areas do you serve?
Calgary and the surrounding area, including Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere and Rocky View County. Tell us your community when you book a consultation and we’ll confirm the trip.
Do you work on retrofits, or only new builds?
Both. New construction gives us the most freedom to run cable and conduit before drywall goes up, but most of our work is in finished homes. We inspect the room first and explain what can realistically be concealed before anything gets cut.
Does a consultation cost anything?
No. The first conversation about your room, goals and rough budget is free. We only move to a paid design or quotation once you want to proceed.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand behind our workmanship. If something we installed isn’t performing the way it should, we come back and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and follow the manufacturer’s terms.
What does the process look like, and how long does it take?
Consultation, then a design and quotation with clear line items, then installation by the same crew, then calibration and handover. Timeline depends on scope: a media wall might be a day or two; a full new-build wiring package runs alongside the rest of construction.
What brands do you work with?
We design and install with Sonos, Denon, Lutron, Control4, Ubiquiti UniFi, Grandstream, Uniview, Hikvision and Grandview, among others. We’re Control4 Certified and Lutron and Sonos certified.
Do you handle networking and security cameras, or just home theatre?
Yes to both. Networking and Wi-Fi, and CCTV and camera systems, are core services alongside home theatre, media walls, whole-home audio and lighting control. Most projects combine two or three of these.
Do you publish pricing?
Not fixed pricing, because rooms and scopes vary too much for a price list to be honest. At consultation we’ll give you a realistic range based on the room and what you want, and a firm quotation before work begins.
