Whole-Home Lighting Automation · Calgary
Whole-home lighting control without the clutter
We design lighting automation for Calgary homes using centralized panelized systems or wireless controls, depending on the building. New construction offers the most freedom, while renovations and existing homes can often use reliable wireless options.

What we install
A complete system, not a box drop.
- Centralized panelized lighting control
- Wireless dimmers, switches and keypads
- Whole-home scenes and schedules
- Occupancy, daylight and exterior lighting control
- New-build and renovation wiring plans
- Retrofit design for finished homes
Who this is for
Homeowners, builders and renovators who care about the finished room and want one accountable crew handling the low-voltage work.
New build or retrofit
Open walls give us the most freedom, but finished homes are not off the table. We assess cable routes, access and finish risk before recommending the least disruptive route.
What we prevent
Wrong mounting heights, buried service points, overheated equipment, weak network foundations, unlabelled wiring and hardware chosen before the room has been considered.
Installation process
Measured, coordinated and tested.
Room + plan review
We confirm use, dimensions, finishes, routes and construction timing.
Install + coordinate
The same crew works through wire, equipment, rack and finish details.
Calibrate + hand over
Every connection is tested; the system is tuned, labelled and explained.
Common questions
Whole-Home Lighting Automation FAQ
What is whole-home lighting automation?
It puts individual lights, groups and scenes under one planned control system. Keypads, apps, sensors and schedules can handle routine changes without a wall full of switches.
Is centralized or wireless lighting control better?
Centralized panelized systems are a strong fit when walls are open and wiring can be planned from the start. Wireless control is often the practical choice for renovations and finished homes. Some projects use both.
Can lighting automation be added during a renovation?
Yes. A renovation is a good time to review circuits, keypad locations, shade wiring and the control panel. We coordinate the plan before electrical and finish work lock in the layout.
Will the lights still work if the internet is down?
Core lighting control does not need the public internet for normal local operation. Remote access and some cloud features may pause, but keypads and programmed local control remain available.
