What the consultation form collects

When you submit the form, IT Homes AV collects the contact and project information you choose to provide. We use it to respond to your enquiry, assess the work and prepare a quotation.

Where it goes

Form information is sent to the IT Homes AV server and recorded for follow-up. It is not sold. Please do not include passwords, camera access details, alarm codes, serial numbers or other sensitive security information.

Spam protection and logs

The site uses low-friction automated checks to reject obvious spam. The web server also keeps limited technical request logs for reliability and security.

Analytics

This site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate, anonymized traffic such as pages viewed, general region and device type. It does not collect the names or contact details you submit through the consultation form, and it does not load advertising trackers. You can block Google Analytics with a content blocker or browser privacy setting.
